Armando Lopez, Au.D.

Dr. Lopez began his career in El Paso 13 years ago, and has since firmly established himself as one of only two pediatric specialists currently in the city. Dr. Lopez most recently spent 11 years working in an ENT setting where he focused on diagnostic audiometric assessment as well as hearing aid fitting and dispensing for patients aged 16 months and up. During that time, Dr. Lopez has developed a strong rapport with the many health care providers outside of his clinic who have referred and entrusted their patients to his expertise.
Patrick Buchanan, Au.D.

Over the past 3 years, Dr. Buchanan has established himself as a hearing aid expert while working in the ENT clinic alongside Dr. Lopez. Dr. Buchanan is also a proficient audiometric diagnostician. Prior to changing careers to his current field, Dr. Buchanan enjoyed a successful career as a sound engineer serving the greater Houston area where he was raised. He also benefits from an extensive entrepreneurial background.

Kandi Morales joined Tinnitus & Hearing Experts in September 2022. After eight years in the Northeast. Dr. Morales was thrilled to return to her hometown of EI Paso, Texas to provide clinical services. Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Morales completed her fellowship at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey where she gained experience in a wide variety of audiology specialties. Her clinical specialties include cochlear implants, hearing aids, and comprehensive audiological evaluation of all ages. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients which allows her to better serve their hearing needs.
Andrea Sweetnam, M.S., CCC-A

Ms. Sweetnam is a clinical audiologist licensed to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids since 2000. She specializes in pediatric audiology and cochlear implants. Ms. Sweetnam has over 23 years of experience in educational and medical settings. She currently works as the educational audiologist for the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf in El Paso ISD, and she continues to collaborate with various implant surgeons to provide cochlear implant services in El Paso. Ms. Sweetnam also coordinates with the local Early Intervention programs & advocates for early identification of hearing loss and intervention options to improve communication development for children with hearing loss.
Christina Ramirez
Office Manager
Christina (Chris) Ramirez is a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas, where she graduated from El Paso Community College. Her past experiences have fully prepared her to be an amazing office manager, as she has more than a decade of experience assisting with scheduling, insurance claims, and serving the needs of patients. Chris treasures the connections she makes with each person she helps, and finds her work to be extremely fulfilling. During her off time, Chris enjoys spending time with her family.
Patricia Garcia
Billing Specialist
Born in El Paso, TX. Graduated from University of Texas at El Paso in Bilingual Education. Over 25 years’ experience in medical billing. I enjoy solving insurance issues to ensure correct reimbursement is processed by the insurance companies as well as assisting patients with their billing concerns. My hobbies are reading, watching movies and spending time with my family.
Daniel Robledo, Jr.

Daniel Robledo, Jr. graduated from Clint High School in 2005 and then went on to study art and graphic design at El Paso Community College. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Daniel’s interests include traveling, reading and painting and he enjoys working with his coworkers as well as assisting our patients. Daniel’s plan for the future is to continue his education by studying architecture at the school of arts.

Aaron Lozoya graduated from Santa Teresa High School in 2021, and is now currently attending New Mexico State University, studying education and community psychology. Aaron’s interests include music and art. At Tinnitus and Hearing Experts, Aaron is fond of helping our patients with their hearing aid needs. Aaron’s goals for the future are to start his career in education and counseling.

Oscar Valenzuela was born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Juarez, Mexico. He graduated from Franklin High School in 2016 and is currently studying electrical engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso. At Tinnitus & Hearing Experts, Oscar loves helping our patients and assisting them with whatever needs they may have. He also enjoys the camaraderie he has with his co-workers. Oscar’s interests include fitness, reading everything to do with cars. His goals for the future include starting his career and traveling the world.
